The true highlight of our stay, however, was the attentiveness of the hotel's manager, who was both gracious and incredibly helpful. Their recommendations for local dining culminated in an incredible dinner at La Alacena, where traditional Andalusian dishes were elevated with a modern twist-truly a feast for discerning palates. the cozy lounge and on-site bar created a welcoming atmosphere perfect for unwinding with a glass of local wine. Considering my background as a former food critic, I appreciated not only the culinary finesse but also the thoughtful arrangements that the hotel offered, from excursions in the surrounding hills to a delectable breakfast featuring local ingredients. If we had the chance, we would have certainly extended our stay-a testament to the inviting ambience that Hotel Andalou creates for families seeking memorable experiences.
